Our 2010-11 Annual Report and summary are now available.
Over the past year we:
- helped more than 3,000 people who were evacuated to Wellington following the February earthquake
- received 2 million online visits and 2.6 million in-person visits to our libraries
- answered 333,000 phone calls at our call centre
