Australia’s cycling heroes will reveal behind the scenes secrets of the pro-circuit at Launceston’s Grand Chancellor Hotel tomorrow night, Friday, 25 November, for an exclusive Open Forum featuring Richie Porte, Nathan Haas and Steele Von Hoff.

Hosted by prominent SBS commentator, Mike Tomalaris, the panel of elite cycling stars will be prompted to answer burning questions about their triumphs and tribulations on and off the road.

With impressive defeats on the tally board, Porte, Haas and Von Hoff are well positioned to provide the 150 guests a valuable personal insight into challenging the world’s best cyclists.

While Porte ranked 2nd in the conquering Australian contingent at the 2011 Tour de France, Haas claimed the Jayco Herald Sun Tour and Japan Cup recently; and Von Hoff has played an important role in achieving success for Tasmania’s Genesys Wealth Advisers cycling team.

Staged on the eve of Tasmania’s first Opperman Gran Fondo and the well-respected Launceston International Criterium, the forum is a highlight of the Launceston Pro-Ex cycling week, where riders of all abilities immerse themselves in the life of a pro cyclist.
