Aggravated robbery

Pats Garage Sports Bar on Northcote Road, Northcote was the subject of an Aggravated Robbery on Tuesday night the 21 February 2012.

Detective James Bolton says at approximately 9:45pm a male wearing a black Nike hoody, blue jeans and carrying a yellow and black sports bag entered the bar area armed with a silver pistol and demanded cash from the Duty Manager. He has then decamped out the rear of the premises in the direction of Sunnybrae Road with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are seeking assistance from any members of the public who may have noticed any suspicious vehicles or persons in the area at the time.

Detective Bolton also advises that nobody was injured and the Duty Manager has been referred to Victim Support.
