New Ministers congratulated

Federated Farmers looks forward to constructively working with the new Ministerial team covering portfolios formerly held by the Hon Nick Smith.

“We’re happy to see the Ministerial line up confirmed.  We can now turn our energies to continuing the momentum created by former Minister, the Hon Nick Smith,” says Bruce Wills, Federated Farmers President.

“Whether it is climate change with the Hon Tim Groser, local government with the Hon David Carter or the environment with the Hon Amy Adams, there is a lot of work to be done.

“We’d like to also congratulate the Hon Chris Tremain on his promotion to Cabinet and Simon Bridges for becoming a Minister outside of Cabinet.
