Car park distruption on Laings Road, Lower Hutt

Two car parks outside the Council building on Laings Road will be unavailable at times today as a drilling rig takes samples to access ground conditions.

The drilling is part of work to assess the seismic strengthening needs of the Council’s administration buildings.  Disruption of car parking will be kept to a minimum.
