Proposed Plan Change 23 amends the vegetation removal and remnant nikau palm protection provisions in the City of Lower Hutt District Plan.

The amendments include adding a new definition for the term ‘vegetation’ and geographically defining the areas where remnant nikau palms are located by adding Appendix Trees 2.

The full text of the decisions is available and can be inspected at:

  • Customer Services Counter, Council Administration Building, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt.
