Pitney Bowes New Zealand is pleased to announce the appointment of Misti Landtroop as Country General Manager replacing James Murphy who has been promoted to Managing Director of Pitney Bowes’ Australian division.

Misti joins the company after a successful ten year career with Microsoft in the USA and New Zealand, where she most recently held the position of Director Small, Midmarket Solutions and Partners. With more than fifteen years spent in the US and local IT industries, Misti has comprehensive experience in sales, partner and people management, business operations and marketing.

President of Pitney Bowes Growth Markets, Eric Yves-Mahe, said Misti’s breadth of experience in the IT sector made her an ideal and natural choice for the position, a key focus of which will be accelerating deployment of innovative new offerings from the Pitney Bowes Growth Markets Solutions Factory and transforming the business to take full advantage of numerous new opportunities.

“Misti brings a tremendous depth and breadth of knowledge and experience to the business and her global experience across the IT sector will be a tremendous asset to the New Zealand team” said Yves-Mahe. “Her focus on customers and partners is well-recognised in the local IT industry and aligns perfectly with Pitney Bowes’ long-term commitment to building strong, mutually-beneficial business relationships.”

Prior to joining Microsoft, Misti spent time in the advertising and public relations fields, involved in managing sales teams, providing communications advisory and news reporting.
