Team 2011 Volunteer Reunion - Auckland - Hosting Rotorua, Tauranga, Hamilton & Northland.

This event is a not for profit event.

Team 2011 Volunteer Reunion – Auckland is for the team of dedicated and sort after Volunteers who were part of the volunteer program for the Rugby World Cup. In February 2012 it was established that we would hold a reunion to support and rewards the efforts of the Volunteers and their partners.

The Theme for the Reunion will be “He Kete Taonga” – NZ Team 2011 RWC” and the concept is to provide a common ground for Team 2011 Rugby World Cup Volunteers to network, capture and preserve memories.

This year we are excited as it is our 1st Reunion since we were part of the historic event that saw the return of the Web Ellis Cup to NZ. The Team 2011 Volunteers Reunion will take place on October 20th 2012 and is to be held at Sharks Sports Bar & Function Centre in Orewa.

We would like to ask for your assistance in any way possible to support this reunion. We will ensure that your sponsorship is recognised and valued as a platform from which we will be able to uphold the achievements and successful reputation of Team2011 and beyond.

As a Sponsor, you will be provided with a sponsorship package that includes space to exhibit and/or display your product which will be on show throughout the reunion. We are also using the passport programme which encourages every person who attends the reunion to visit your stall or stand.

10am – 4pm Stallholders/Entertainment and Workshops.

5pm – 10pm  Entertainment/Dinner/ Awards/ Prize giving

Prize draws held throughout the day and night.
