Progress results for the Riccarton-Wigram by-election show Natalie Bryden is currently the highest polling candidate to represent the Ward as a Community Board member with 4,511 votes.

Voting closed today at 12 noon (Friday, 22 June 2012). This result is based upon a voting turnout rate of 28.50 percent. The progress result does not include special votes returned before voting closed.

Four candidates stood for election for the position of Riccarton-Wigram Community Board member in the by-election.

According to the progress result, 12,543 votes were received in total – 4,511 votes were received for Natalie Bryden; 3,633 for Bob Shearing; 2,809 for John Stringer and 1,537 for Peter Yearbury.
