Changes To Car Parks Outside Clubs And Convention Centre

The streetworks creating a new pedestrian crossing between the Clubs of Marlborough and the Alfred Street parking building are almost complete with new pavement surfacing and lighting installed.

As soon as a tender is let for construction of the new Civic Theatre the existing car parks to the western end of the Clubs building will be closed.

It is anticipated that work on site will be underway in August.

Park free at the Alfred Street parking building week nights from 5.30 PM
