New to Nosh is a gourmet range of meals made using high quality, ethical and natural ingredients to produce fresh, handcrafted meals for busy lives.

Grand Central Kitchen is a small Auckland-based kitchen with a team of dedicated chefs. They prepare meals using age-old methods, slow-cooked and combining local ingredients with the infusion of global tastes and techniques.

The meals simply need to be heated in the microwave or oven for a fast, delicious and warming ‘home-cooked’ lunch or dinner.

Grand Central Kitchen is the work of chefs Graham Wilkinson and Stephen Long, with production chef Simon Dobbie. The trio shares a passion for good food and seeks to make it easy for people to enjoy nutritious and flavoursome home-made meals.

The team at Grand Central Kitchen use only the highest quality products: chicken is free-range; produce is locally sourced wherever possible; fresh stocks are used and seasonal herbs and vegetables deliver superior flavour.

No artificial preservatives or additives are added to the meals, which instead have natural preservatives such as vinegars and lemon juice to keep products fresh. Meals are rapidly chilled and sealed to lock in flavour and freshness.

Grand Central Kitchen meals are convenient and fast while being nutritionally balanced and a healthier option for the family than the usual fast fare.

The range at Nosh includes favourites such as Italian meatballs in rich tomato sauce with penne, beef chilli con carne with turtle beans, Malaysian chicken curry and macaroni cheese carbonara with parmesan herb crust.

The 800g meals are now available at all Nosh Food Markets for RRP$16.99 and serve at least two.
