Over 260 enthusiastic Bayfair shoppers gained their ‘Passport to Style’ during personal styling sessions presented by Signature Style in-centre, between 28 June and 1 July.

The style team led by Jackie O’Fee assisted women of all ages with selecting clothes that worked for them individually, at a dedicated Style Zone set up at Bayfair. The 15 minute sessions included fashion pointers for shopping at Bayfair and women were encouraged to bring favourite items from their own wardrobe to get a fresh perspective on how best to style the item and add versatility. The Style Zone was stocked with great fashion items sourced from participating stores at Bayfair.

As part of the Style Zone, women were asked to bring in unwanted but wearable clothing. The local Salvation Army will receive a fashion injection of thirty-five items of high-quality clothing collected from generous Bayfair Shoppers.

For many who attended a styling session, receiving a ‘Passport to Style’ card gave them the chance to win a $500 Bayfair gift card. This grand prize was awarded to Louise Highsted from Tauranga who received her passport stamps by shopping in Glassons, Esprit and Kmart.

Nina Rivett, Bayfair marketing manager says “It was great to see women of all ages and shapes signing up to get useful fashion tips from the wonderful Signature Style team. We even had three generations from one family taking part. We’re very excited to present Louise with her $500 Bayfair gift card so she can put her newly acquired savvy shopping skills to practice.”
