Congratulations to Auckland Chamber of Commerce training facilitator Hannah Samuel

Auckland Chamber of Commerce training facilitator Hannah Samuel has been named National Speakers Association Speaker of the Year and MC of the Year for 2012.

Hannah won the prestigious awards following a year-long assessment process which included written and visual submissions and client testimonials.

Hannah is a facilitator with the Chamber’s CadetMax, JobsPlus and LSV programmes and is thrilled to be awarded both awards.

“It’s a great honour to take home a national award – I know I was up against some very strong competition.”

Hannah uses her extensive skills as a speaker to deliver engaging training sessions to a range of job seekers; from people returning to work to young people starting out in their careers.

She says that her work is more than just delivering a presentation, it is about providing a platform where people can learn and grow, feel confident,  and feel they have the power to make good choices.

The awards come as no surprise to Auckland Chamber of Commerce Employment General Manager Leah Gates.

“Hannah is a very talented facilitator and a real asset to our training programmes – she provides our job seekers with a really positive experience where they feel confident and empowered in their job search.”
