Expression Of Interest In Summer Holiday Employment

The Marlborough District Council is calling for expressions of interest from tertiary students who are interested in working over the summer period – November 2012 to February 2013.

Consideration for replacement will be given to students who:

• are available throughout the summer period
• have preferably completed at least 1 year of tertiary study
• are studying for a qualification relevant to Council such as engineering, IT and reserves
• are from Marlborough.

Work areas in which Council generally has opportunities for replacement are within the engineering, administration and parks and gardens sections.

Expressions of interest must include a covering letter detailing the area of study being undertaken and current curriculum vitae.

Students will be notified by email before 30 September 2012 on whether they have been successful in being placed.
