Essons Valley Walking Tracks Closure

The walking tracks to both Barnes Dam and Humphreys Dam at Essons Valley will be closed from 20 September 2012, with planned reopening on 20 October 2012.

Signage will be posted on the gates at the end of Garden Terrace, where the closure will take effect.

Portions of the water supply pipework from Barnes Dam are being replaced at one of the bridge sites. At times, there will be helicopter movements over these tracks.

The water supply for Picton will be supplied from the Speeds Rd bores during this period.
