School Holiday Programmes

Looking for a way to keep your kids active over the school holidays? Look no further than the ASB Sports Centre. The centre runs junior sporting and recreational activities during each school holiday break. Fun and run, multi-sports, basketball, netball and futsal programmes are available.
Places are also still available for children aged 5 - 12 at Karori and Tawa recreation centre, with activities including day trips, craft, sports and DVDs.

Council Pools & Kilbirnie Recreation Centre

Sessions include inflatables and slides, face painting, skate hire and skateboard ramps. Swimming lessons are available at Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre, Karori and Keith Spry pools.

Wellington City Libraries

Children aged 5 - 12 can join free story and activity sessions to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the Brothers Grimm and the 150th anniversary of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. To find out more, visit your local library or:
