Traffic Flow on Motorway

Traffic flow on the southern motorway in the last couple of hours has been extremely slow as a result of a truck and trailer unit being on fire as earlier reported.

Police have now cleared the scene and traffic both south and north bound is now flowing again.

There is still a tail of traffic remaining however, Police aniticipate this will be  cleared up within the hour.

Motorists are still urged to drive with caution.
