Mainland takes the hard work out of cheese snacks

MainlandTM is making sure we don’t have to resort to bad snacking habits this silly season, with the launch of two new snacks to its natural cheese range.

Individually wrapped for convenience, the new Natural Cheese Sticks and Natural Cheese & Crackers bring the flavour and goodness of your Mainland home favourites to wherever you are.

Mindy Wigzell, Nutritionist for Mainland TM says, “Our fridges may be full of nutritious snacks, but when we step outside we’re limited to what we can carry in our handbags or what’s nearest at the time.  Instead of resorting to nutrient-poor snacks and treats, you can now grab a nutritious cheese snack for the road, when you’re at work, or out and about.”

Cheese is a rich source of dairy calcium for strong bones and teeth plus protein needed for maintaining muscle mass, says Ms Wigzell, as well as being naturally low in sugar.

“Cheese can play an important part in getting the protein and calcium you need each day.  If you’re like me and lead a really busy life, it’s important to find nutritious snacks that will keep you going.”

Mainland TM Cheese Sticks are available in Colby, Tasty and Edam (reduced fat[1]) eight stick multipacks, and Mainland TM Cheese & Crackers come in Edam (reduced fat1) and Tasty 30g/ 50g multi and single packs.
