Rainbows End emergency; one in hospital

BREAKING NEWS: Reports of a accident came into Dribble NZ News at around 2.30pm since this we have found that a woman is in hospital following the accident.

A woman found her self trapped on one of Rainbows End's most popular ride,The Enchanted Forest log flume ride, built in 1984.

Emergency service workers had to cut her from the ride after her leg was impaled by a piece of wood, she has been taken to Middlemore Hospital in stable condition with minor injuries.

Investigations are underway and it is understood only by reports that the ride is closed.
